Bifur-Braid Constructions

Bifurcation - Utilizing TSIs proprietary bifurcation technology, a round braid can be split into two flat braid arms. These flat braid arms can then be brought back together to create an opening in the round braid.

Round to Flat to Round - By extending the bifurcation technology, a true "round to flat" braiding capability is possible. This is accomplished by weaving together the edges of the flat bifurcation braids. The flat braid is thus produced without the typical requirement of adding a unique horngear for the return path. This allows complete programming of devices for length and pick count.
